I have been a tenant since July 2020 and I have had excellent experience at this facility. Top notch service and responsive to customers needs. They provide automated gated security for all of their tenants and they are available for any reason at this phone number. I have been using automated payment services and I have zero issues with Pilgrim Storage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have earned the Five Star Rating for years of reliable storage service.

I've had a unit with Pilgram storage for a bit over 2 years. The experience and unit have been top notch. The office has been great to work with. The unit and grounds are very clean. The only problem i have had is the new gate that was installed. It had gotten stuck. I notified the office. They had someone out in a reasonable time to unlock the rear gate. The staff has always been on top of it. The only thing that I see as an improvement would be a dumpster.
