She patiently guided me through the initial process, answered my questions, and thoughtfully recommended that I visit the Dublin location for the next steps. That recommendation turned out to be excellent. When I arrived at the facility, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mercedes, whose level of customer service was simply exceptional. She took her time to thoroughly explain how the storage system works, walked me through every detail, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and made sure I fully understood the process. What impressed me even more was learning that she graciously adjusted her own break/lunch time just to ensure I received the attention and assistance I needed. That level of dedication, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and deeply appreciated. Together, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Mercedes created a seamless experience from online setup to in-person service. Greetings to all who read this. I have used storages throughout my entire life starting with my mom and now in my early 60s. But the experience you receive at a facility is important. I really enjoyed the fact that I was not talking to AI first or someone out of the USA. The way our world has changed it was one of the selling points for me. I love people. Friday the 22nd, I needed a new place to rent and I saw the ad for Allsafe storage facility and thought let me go look at it. After talking with Dustine in San Leandro and visiting that site for a viewing, I realized I needed an outside unit. So I called again to Allsafe and a gal name Trisha helped me, she shared what they had to offer and what special they have running right now. So over the phone, in like 20 to 25 minutes, I was renting a space. I landed in the Dublin location. As I needed a lock and had some things to off load, I then meet Mercedes who runs the location. It was a very pleasant experience to work with her and she answered a few more questions that I had and now im all ready to move in. Thank you to Allsafe for using live real humans to answer phones and the great courtesy I received from Dunstine, Trisha, and Mercedes. Oh initially I spoke with a gentleman from San Jose location I believe who directed me to San Leandro location. I apologize I didn't remember his name. I am satisfied immensely, with the old-fashioned customer service touch.This company provided.

Mercedes is fantastic! We initially rented one unit during our move, but it filled up quickly. She promptly found us another nearby unit, which made things so much easier. When our move-out date changed to an earlier time, she proactively issued a prorated refund without us even asking. Throughout the entire process, she was helpful, kind, and professional. I highly recommend AllSafe Storage in Dublin!
