Maria the helper next to the African-American was giving me options and I picked a nice one. This Pic is the front of the business through the Main St. Entrance. I know it's climate controlled and new. The lock was only $16, I know it's great compared to how some places charges $75. I wanted a cheap one that's big, got one for under $250...and I then paid 3 mo. @ a time so I don't forget my bill all the time. Insurance was $16 for $5,000. And the service was simple. You just need an ID and a credit card. She was nice too, she was happy and that made me happy. I am sorry about the long review...they asked me to do a review so I kindly made one as best I could. Enjoy this place, seriously.

I called the call center to make my appointment, and the man I spoke with assured me that a ground-floor ADU unit was available and reserved it for me. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. I arrived at the scheduled time with my caretaker and was met by an angry woman named Maria. She didn’t greet us, smile, or make us feel welcome in any way. She simply stared at me until I said I was there for my appointment. She was adamant that nothing was available except for an ADU on the third floor. We went to view it, and I was willing to move forward with it. However, when we returned to the counter, she explained that the promotional rate was $64 per month for four months, after which the price would increase. When I asked whether there was a cap on the increase, she said she didn’t know. I then asked what the maximum monthly rate could become, and she stated that after the initial four months at $64, the rent could jump to $148 per month. She came across as very unhelpful and uninformed. If you’re considering renting at this place, please be aware.
