Hiccups can occur in any long-term business relationship and the few times we've needed help, they made sure things got back on track quickly - helping us move within the facility and ensure everything was setup to meet our changing needs.

Madie is the backbone of Storage Mart! I’ve been out of the country these past few months, and unfortunately ran into some issues with payment while traveling (couldn’t access the payment portal in Asia), but she went the extra mile and helped me out, which meant a lot. She and another guy I talked to on the phone (named Jose I think?) were also great at answering my questions. In my experience, this place was worth it just for the service.

I had a really smooth experience with this store. I started the process online, and the customer service reps kept communicating with me the whole time with updates and clear voicemails. When I arrived to check in, everything was fast and organized. They even had me check in a day earlier, and the whole process was quick and easy. Definitely great customer service overall.

Nine ish years ago, after much studying of the features of the different available storage facilities Storage Mart of Fairfield California on Walter's road was my clear choice. As a night owl, I value that it offers the longest operating hours of all, until 10 PM nightly. And not to mention the superlative service of Madie the operator thereof. She has been with me for all of my storage pro years. Which is pretty amazing. In this gig economy, it's refreshing to have a storage professional to help keep my storage shed in ship shape! .

I had an excellent experience at StorageMart. The store manager Madie went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I got the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that the manager takes a lot of pride in keeping everything organized and running smoothly. If you’re looking for storage in Fairfield, I highly recommend this location. Great customer service and a very clean, safe facility!
