Excellent customer service and fair price

I was very pleased with the customer service provided. The facility is very clean and secure. I feel safe when I am at the storage facility. Also, the moving truck was offered but unfortunately it was not working at the time I moved in.

A Customer Service. Secure and Clean Facility. A

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was met with the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people. The paperwork and sign up process was quick and the price was less than I expected. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was offered to use a moving truck to move in at no charge. My unit was swept and clean before I moved in. I am impressed at how clean this facility is maintained. The units are alarmed and the grounds are monitored. I feel confident in their security process. I recommend this facility to family, friends and anyone looking to rent a storage unit. Thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience.

Very clean facility

This facility was easily accessible, extremely clean and met my immediate need. The csr was new-ish and took longer than expected on paperwork as well as I didn’t get my 2nd month free because he told me it wasn’t available after speaking to someone on phone I had reserved a 5x10 with 2nd month free, that was frustrating. The staff was pleasant & helpful overall.
