I rent a unit for my business. Today I tried to access my unit and was informed the new gate hours are 930 -6 with no exceptions. How can I run a business with these hours. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a great experience checking into our unit with the help of the gentleman working at the facility on Bolsa Avenue, I believe his name was John. He was very helpful in the entire process and made sure we had everything needed to get access to our unit. He was very knowledgeable on the location of the units and getting us the best unit for our needs. I have seen him around the facility since our original check in and he's always smiling and asking us if we need anything. Great service from him. The units are also very well kept and very clean. Everything is in great working order from the access gates to push carts. Great facility overall.
