I had an excellent experience with ExtraSpace Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. Tara and Zoe were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and you can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage, especially if you get the chance to work with Tara and Zoe

I chose to rent a storage unit from here solely due to Tara Tolentino (store manager) being so helpful, informative, kind, and patient with my questions. Your company should give her a raise. She excels in customer service, which is rare these days! Although, the company storage rental rates are not great. Also, the company policy of raising storage rental rates without any cap is extremely concerning. The majority of customers are on a budget and expect to pay a locked in rate. Increasing a customer’s monthly storage fee without any cap is a terrible concept for keeping long term or returning customers.

Quick proces, recomended the right size unit for my needs. Friendly staff (Tiara and Kyrie-if I’m spelling it right.) Overall prices are competitive. Looks like new management is doing something good with the place.
