Great customer service at all times. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a storage to stop by at Extra Space Storage. Very clean everytime we need something or have a question we get the answers. Maria at the office is very polite and has a great sense of humor. Customer service is really great. Like the way it's always clean and the maintenance guy is always working hard to keep the property clean.

Love the crew @ Extra Space Storage in Lompoc. Victor and Ramon are super to work with. Distracted by a complex move, I lost my cylinder keys to my storage unit. Ramon explained politely that ESS doesn’t charge to cut off the old lock, but I’d have to purchase a new lock. Fair enough. Ramon zoomed over to my unit, quickly cutting out the old lock. This was appreciated, as my movers were waiting with their vehicles to start loading my stuff. The storage premises are kept spic and span; the staff really seems to care about maintaining a secure facility, too. I feel really good about the service I received from their team. Shout-out today to Ramon for his swift resolution of my lock issue. Thank you!

I switched from public storage to public extra space storage doe the better rates and customer service! I don’t regret traveling to Lompoc from Santa Barbara. I arrived, 5 minutes before closing and Maria surprised me with a great attitude showed me around the available storages, we completed all the paperwork well explained and easy. I felt bad for arriving right before closing but she exceeded my expectations of this interaction. great customer service! I suggest renting out a storage at this location.
