Even after the sale he made sure I was doing alright offering to help unload some containers after seeing me struggle. Wasn't busy which made it an easy in and out facility. Clean units and hallways, with push carts and lifts to bring up bigger items. Thank you small space and Brandon for the storage assistance.

We've used this storage facility on and off over the last 15 years, and they were always very nice. Over the last 4 or 5 months, though, communication has really been bad. The prices have increased twice in the last year, and I was not even informed of the latest price increase. No email, no physical mail, no phone call. They use to give a month's notice, but nothing. The new people working the office are not as sociable as the previous workers. And they no longer Clea For spiders or webs. I'm sad to see their customer service going down, for higher prices.
