I've been a customer at this location even before Public Storage took over. Back then this was Westwood Storage. I miss the small operation you get from a non-corporate company but also happy with the level of professionalism Public storage brought on. More secure, well-staffed and managed... I have to give kudos to John and Vetonio. They're awesome! I had to recently upgrade from a smaller unit to a next size up and Vetonio made that transition very seamless for me. He explained everything thoroughly and processed the paperwork expeditiously. The only hard part about this whole thing was moving my stuff so really there's nothing to complain about! Oh, and I also love that they do courtesy call to remind you if your bill is due to avoid incurring late fees. What's not to love?
