Let’s face it, no one loves putting their things in storage. However, Noreta in the Los Gatos location helped make the transition a little less stressful. She spent time answering all of my questions (I had a lot) and then she literally walked with me on my first time of using my access code to open the doors and elevator, etc. to put my first items in story . This place is immaculately clean and super secure as you can’t even get into the building where the storage units are unless you have an access code. It feels good knowing my things will are safe in storage.

No wonder they are being sued by NYC! I, too, was a victim of their bait & switch pricing. At first I loved them, the convenience and new facility and price were attractive and I felt their price was reasonable. I downloaded their App and received all their emails. Supposedly they emailed me a postcard to notify me they were raising their rates SIGNIFICANTLY after 3 months. I never got that notice and I don't have problems getting my mail. Mind you, they gave NO notice on their APP nor did they notify me by EMAIL, which they could have easily done as a business. They sent me plenty of marketing emails. When I saw the significant charge on my CC, I called the same day and they refused to honor my rate, but offered a very small discount off their huge price increase. No thank you. I cleared out my storage as soon as I could. I honestly believe they never sent that notice. Glad there is a lawsuit against them because apparently this same story has happened to thousands of other people too.

I had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location. Noreta was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. The staff is friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area.

I’ve been shopping around for a storage unit for a while. I decided to give extra space a try. I came in and spoke with a woman named Rachel. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions as far as sizing and pricing and with all the info she gave me I feel comfortable storing my stuff at extra spaces facilities.

Noreta is the best. I was working as contractor to complete a service and she was very helpful. I was lost for about 30 minutes and she was able to guide me in the right direction to help complete my service. She made this a lot less stressful. Thanks again Noreta.
