I needed a uhaul last minute and Shawntell at storage etc found a truck for me. She was very busy when I got to the office but she was patient, professional and provided excellent customer service. I tried two other places before going to storage etc and both told me they didn't have anything available after being told they did. The truck was clean and ran great. When I returned it the next day I met Tony who was very helpful with returning the truck and nice to talk to. Great experience, I will definitely be back.

I got a call back from the owner, Anthony. He was extremely rude and aggressive. He talked over me. I was asking for pricing and a special they were offering. He was annoyed by my asking and started yelling at me and i expressed he being aggressive that i justed needed a clear understanding. I started to ask if they were outside, drive up as I am disabled and again he yelled over me and told me he didn't need or want my business and hung up on me. I was so surprised at his customer service skills. I had called before and spoke to guy that said he was the owner last week, sounded polite, older more mature. He was very helpful and wanted my business. This supposed owner i spoke to today sounded young, cocky, rude, aggressive, inpatient, and super disrespectful. I would be afraid to walk in there by myself and face a man like that. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience with Storage Etc during my move from San Diego. Tony and Chantel were incredibly polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything so easy and smooth from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for all of their help.
