The one thing i take issue with is price hikes. i was told that price hikes will take place every 6 months at market value. this makes me very nervous when just moving into a new facility. the last storage unit i had was modest in their price increases. i hate unpredictability, it makes me feel anxious, trapped, and taken advantage of. plus, 2x a year seems excessive.Full Review
