I had an incredible experience with Jerry the master with all the keys. Definitely a clean warm welcoming storage unit allows you to come in between 6 to 10 PM Has climate control controlled unit and really affordable price prices. And it’s tucked away in the back, quiet and easy to get to. Definitely recommend recommended

After visiting several storage facilities, this was the last one I toured, and I am very glad I chose it. Manager Jerry welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Since English is not my first language, I sometimes have difficulty understanding certain details. Jerry even used a translation app to communicate in my native language, which I truly appreciated. He showed me all of the available storage units, explained the current promotions, and gave me helpful advice about which option would be the most beneficial for my situation. I never felt pressured and always felt that he genuinely wanted to help. Most importantly, the facility was extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure. After moving my belongings in, I returned later that evening to check everything again. I am a very cautious person, and I like to double-check important decisions. The facility was still clean, organized, and well cared for when I returned. I also appreciated the convenient access hours, which allowed me to move and organize my belongings later in the evening than many other storage facilities permit. I would like to sincerely thank Jerry for his professionalism, kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. He made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed place to store their belongings.

I’ve been an intermittent local client of ExtraSpace Storage over the past 14 years. My latest experience is the Charter Park Drive facility in San Jose, and my favorite. The facility is very well-kept with strict security measures in place and great access hours. Jerry, the site manager, has been super responsive to concerns and a pleasure to work with. He’s solution and customer satisfaction focused. Highly recommended.
