After many years of wonderful service and a fair price this business just ruined the vibe. New ownership just took over and sent out an email that the fair pricing would now be double and gave a thirty day notice. Trying to beat the new law that passes after the first of the year requiring a 90 day notice to raise rent, price gouging at its finest. THANK YOU new ownership for being the Christmas Grinch AND SHOWING YOUR TRUE MONEY HUNGRY SELF. May you have the holiday season you deserve and get coal in your stocking!

I needed a place to store my trailer for a short time. All the other places wanted a one year contract, Capell boat, and RV let me go month-to-month, which I really appreciate that. The manager, Tess Was awesome. She really took care of me. I was able to handle all the paperwork via email which saved me a trip going up there. I had a small issue and test took care of it for me right away She’s very personable and professional. Just great customer service The storage facility is really super nice, your space has a canopy over it Instead of just sitting out there in the open I’m so happy I found this spot because now I know if I need to store my trailer and I don’t want to sign a long contract I can always come here. It is so easy to go in and out and park your RV, trailer, or boat, It’s just such a convenient place. I definitely will be coming here when I need to store my trailer and you should too. I think the prices are very reasonable and it’s totally worth it.
