My family has had a storage unit here for years and Kevin has always been friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe. I also really appreciate the camera surveillance throughout the facility—it provides great peace of mind knowing everything is being monitored. One of my favorite features is the one-year rate lock. It’s nice not having to worry about unexpected price increases for the first year. If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Contain it and Kevin!

The staff is super nice and so are the phone agents! Property is clean enough and spaces are affordable. The only downside is no lights on property but gate closes at 9 and during winter months it’s gets dark early, so it’s quite difficult to do much after dark.

I rented a storage unit here for four months and at first had no problems. Kevin was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the overall experience has been terrible. On a Friday night, my unit was broken into and about half of my belongings were stolen. When I asked about video footage, I was told that the cameras were not working at all. I called three times requesting a manager to call me back, but I never received a return call. After speaking with a few other tenants, it seems theft at this facility is not unusual. That’s extremely concerning. The purpose of paying for storage is security and peace of mind, but this facility provided neither. It feels no different than if I had left my things on the street for anyone to take. Very disappointing and a horrible experience overall. I cannot recommend this storage facility.

I have rented a couple times from this storage facility. I have never had any problems from renting here. Their prices are reasonable. I know my stuff is safe here. The on site manager (Kevin) is awesome, he is the nicest guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable. Go see Kevin if you need a storage space or a vehicle space.

Kevin, The Manager for Contain It Self Storage has always provided me with excellent customers service each time I visited the storage facility to pay my bill or when I am in the yard. I enjoyed seeing that kind, courteous and friendly smile. His customer service is outstanding.
