My first time with any kind of storage facility. The employee who helped me was very attentive and it was obvious that he wanted me to have the best experience I could. He went out of his way on more than one occasion that in my experience most employees simply just don't do. It was a personable experience. The office was clean, neat and had no weird smells. The grounds were clean and neat with no signs of rodent problems or anything like that. I was also informed that there would soon be an employee living on the premise which is kind of cool. I don't worry all that much about theft but it's nice to know the extra security.

This place is amazing for so many reasons, they are affordable for one. The real reason that we love this storage facility is we feel like our things are safe here, unlike two ther storage facilities here in Corning we our unit was burglarized. They have people that live on site same as some of the others, but unlike the others they watch and pay attention to what's going on

Awsome experience getting the lease started. Aron the manager was Awsome as well, he explain everything to me professionally and he was personable. Really great manager. Overall great experience.

I recently went in after putting in a reservation for a unit. The person who assisted me was very nice and helpful. There are some nice features on their website that made my process quite simple and had me in and out of there in no time. So far so good.

Sal is the best storage manager I have ever worked with. Great place to store your belongings! Started with a 5x10 and now in 10x15 I think.
