I can honestly say that I have had many experiences as a consistent renter at many different public storages up and down the great state of California for the past 15 years, but this experience at Montgomery Self -Storage with Daniela and the rest of the staff we met today was by far the best!!! Customer service was AMAZING!!! Everyone was so friendly and the walk through process was very thorough!! The facility itself is very clean and the variety of unit sizes they offer was very nice to see and to know that you have options (depending on availability of course) I would highly recommend this facility for all your storage or moving needs. I, include moving because we had the luxury of ease of renting a 20 ft U-Haul at this very same location!!Just want to shout out Daniela in the front office, since she definitely helped make our decision in choosing this storage facility!!!

I won’t go anywhere else. From the immaculate lot everything is clean and cared for. To the customer service I’ve personally dealt with Daniela and Harry and talking they were extremely helpful and very personable. They won my business just from the way they are so inviting and sweet. I’m extremely appreciative of being a customer.
