My original experience when we signed the contract was great, office team was amazing. The girl was new but do friendly. However when it was time to store our boat the maintenance guy was very uncomfortable and had a bad atty. We took it on the shoulder and were very appreciative for his help, but he continued to be negative. No big deal. We paid a year in advance for storage. We scheduled in advance to take our boat out for repairs and tuning, and the maintenance guy said our boat was too big, and was threatening his tow tractor rated at 15000 lbs, and our boat weighs 8000 lbs. Our tires were low and he helped pump them up before pulling out our boat. No problem ( I took a video when they loaded initially and again when they pulled it out, no problems noted). We got a call later that morning while we were at the repair shop telling us not to bring the boat back and they would refund us. What? Mind blown! We did nothing wrong, we were pleasant and friendly and appreciative. Now we need to find storage elsewhere. No real plausible explanation other than the grumpy maintenance guy. Seriously not the way to run a business. The office staff were professional and friendly as can be under the circumstances, but what a mess. Not happy. Again, I have video of the loading and unloading the boat is clean and we are not in and out but once or twice a year. No real stress on their machine...overall bad business. Thanks but no thanks. I hope Karma is fair. I do not recommend this business!

So I drove All the Way up from Sacramento yesterday to talk to the Manager and or the owner in regards to a unit i purchased from Auction that I now have a Signed Release of interest Pink Slip to, just to see that the gate to the Office had a Chain and Lock on it. At 3:30 PM during business hours when it should have and Advertised it would be open. Almost 3 hours there and 3 hours back for absolutely nothing. After I had called and left about 9 messages in regards to this, I received No Call Back in 3 days now. So I called and escalated the issue to the Regional Manager for Cubesmart today. After speaking to Storage Treasures who said if I have a signed pink slip, I Definitely have Claim and Legal Rights to the motorcycle that was in it. When I originally picked up the locker there were Lots of Silverfish and bugs in all the bags (which were actually kinda neatly stored by the renter) and a Giant Tarantula sized spider in the unit. I would hate to see what an unorganized unit there has in it bug wise but wouldn't be surprised if it were heavily Infested throughout the facility. I left 9 messages over 3 days and received No call back. I left a 5 star review prior to asking the OWNER to contact me, just to get No Response. So now im taking the Legal Steps through the company or filing Civilly if necessary to sue this facility and it's owner. Integrity is something Lacking here with this situation, as I tried hand over fist to contact and resolve this issue. Or at least get a call back with some type of information in regards to the motorcycle that was Legally Obtained. As it was a Piece of property that said owner released interest in and was Legally Purchased by me under the laws of the state of California. I have left Maybe 3 Negative Reviews in almost 150 Reviews! I don't conduct Bad Business. But this facility seems to have Incredibly bad ethics and communication skills. ZERO STARS.

Stored my trailer here for about 6 months. Never tampered with, I was never worried for It's safety and the staff Is always around. Same as before with quick service. Things are thoroughly explained to you and manager was overall pleasant to interface with. Solid price and no nonsense. 5 stars.
