The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings there. What truly sets this place apart is Hayley’s responsiveness. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely committed to great customer service. Hayley goes above and beyond to make sure tenants feel valued and supported. Her friendly attitude and efficient communication make the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, reliable place to store their items.

Needed a storage spot on the fly for my recent move while I got the house ready and from start to finish everyone and everything was seamless. Pricing was great, super responsive communication, friendly and professional folks all around from the first screening text I received after inputting my info on the website, to the phone intake team, to the manager/owner (?) Hailey. Units were clean and property well kept, super secure. At one point I didn’t lock my unit correctly and I received the most pleasant call within minutes to bring awareness. Pretty awesome to know that the units are being carefully watched over. As I would load and unload and chat with Hailey as she made her rounds in the cart she would address people driving past by their names… cause that’s how it is here. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I think this business changed ownership. The process went up after never changing for years. Also added insurance fees and changed hours of access. No more access during holidays. I live over 60 miles away and drove down to access on my day off, a holiday, but wasted my time and gas because I had to turn around and drive back without completing my task. As long as you know these facts, it's a reasonable storage facility. As of today, Jan. 27, 2026, this facility's management team reached out and resolved my grievance. Upgrading from 3 star to 4 star. I appreciated the fact that they worked with me and come up with a solution. Thank you.
