Ok, I had to correct my previous review. This place is for sure a 5 star rating. I've been to many different storages the past 3 years. Many. And I've been to the worst places and some good, but I've never experienced a storage facility like this ever. Thank you for being and give me a amazing experience here and letting us move in and letting us get situated with being bothered , the manager is respectful and polite and professional and honest. If your looking for the best place to store your personal belongings for a period of time come to liberty. Amazing prices especially for first time renters. Don't think about it just go here. No regrets. Promise. Thank you again.

I rented a vehicle spot in the Liberty Storage lot and I was informed that there was only one spot available right next to the fence I parked where directed and I've only been there a few weeks. Someone broke into the fence right next to my locked vehicle. I was informed there were no cameras that were available at the areas where my work vehicle was at. Someone cut my catalytic converter from my vehicle while inside the locked facility. I included pictures of the tiny lock that was used to protect the site. Something doesn't feel right with this one. And of course the.manager (Christy S.) said the facility is not liable. This seems very convenient, anyone know a good attorney? I would not suggest this poorly secured facility for any storage needs. Sorry to be upset, but I'm just sharing my experience at this location.

I absolutely love Liberty Storage! I have never had any issues what so ever. I feel the hugest asset here is the on site manager Christy! Customer service is top notch, I feel safe, if I have any questions she is there to answer them always.

We have had the best experience and care while renting from Liberty Self Storage for many years now. The manager, Christy, is very professional and does her job well. I can call her anytime if I have any questions. She is very nice and easy to talk to.

Amazing customer service. I kept my belongings there for about 2 months and I was really happy with everything still being intact. The space is cleaned and prepared for you once you rent it. You have to clean up when leaving. I had no problem with lock. I used my personal lock which worked for me. Thank you Liberty Storage. I highly recommend to anyone looking for storage that will bring you peace of mind.
