Jessica at Trojan Storage is great. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the facility. She answered all of my questions with ease. She had me moved in with discounts and insurance in less than 10 minutes, but the best part is that she gave me what I needed to hear in this stressful time. I have been a long time renter with 2 units. This company took over and jacked up the prices big time. Lied and told me prices weren't going up the first month of their takeover. Didn't tell me they wouldn't accept my home owners policy I personally showed them on my phone. So they jacked up my rentals even more for their bogus insurance policy this month. I have had the worst experience with this new company and don't recommend them to anyone! Staff is completely incompetent and untrustworthy. I'm really unhappy with this new company and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This my real experience in just the few months they've taken over. They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!
