I've been with this place for 2 months and chose this place specifically because the staff reassured me that they have 24/7 security cameras (it is even advertised on their website). However, after I stop by to get my RV ready to take camping for a few days, I notice my Cat Converter had been cut and stolen. When I asked to see if they can check their security footage the same employees state the cameras have been non operative due to pending an update. The convenience of the security cameras being down when the gated property gets broken into and numerous spaces are damaged and broken into, the staff are so careless about everything because the agreement shields them from any theft/damage claims. Take your business elsewhere if you care about your property!

In the beginning of moving, it's already a headache to go through. With all that it entails, I was nervous to go shopping around for a trust worthy, clean & reputable storage company. HAVING PEACE OF MIND IS EVERYTHING! After seeing 👀 n hearing a few horror stories, I came here to Devons. I got lucky! Talk abt clean, and the customer service I received from Angelic, was outstanding! She was given me, That old school customer service that you rarely see anymore. Very pleasant, answering all my concerns, made feel at ease with my first experience in getting a storage. I can easily see why this place has the stars it does.
