Of all the potentially stressful tasks in preparing for deployment, this was by far the easiest thanks to Chelsea. Her professionalism and electric personality eased the pressure of such a process. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, speaking on matters that may be of concern, such as the reservation process, pest-control schedule, security of the facility, access hours, and climate control. She walked me around the facility to show the most logical entry point for easy access to my unit. All around pleasant experience. The price is far less expensive than 2 storage facilities in Eastlake with no climate control that I had previously considered. And I love that I have to input my access code to open the gate when entering AND when exiting. Definitely a win!Full Review
