Yesterday, I went around to various storage facilities. Many were old and did not appear very secure. This facility is brand new and use to be a warehouse. It is located in a industral/commercial area but only a few blocks from Costco in Carmel Mountain. What I liked about this facilitity is they are CLIMATE CONTROLLED BRAND NEW- clean - gorgeous and look very secure big doors metal roll up doors on all the units that are 10 feet wide. Extra high ceilings on the bottom floor Hours are 6 am to 10 pm. The prices were much better than older not climate controlled units. ANd they are currently offering a free month! 7.2019 Negative... only a few drive up units available that are outside Wendy was very helpful and friendly! I cannot figure out how to amend or add a comment to my previous review so I am posting a new one. A few days after I moved in I returned to the facility and spoke with the representative who gave me a verbal that the price was updated in the system to $105 per month as agreed. They still did not send me anything in writing showing that was my rate. A few days later I believe they saw my review here and called me to follow up - at which point they finally emailed me a monthly invoice showing my rate as $105 per month. I appreciate that they did finally honor the correct rate, but it was still a negative move-in day experience to deal with the hassle of signing multiple versions of the contract showing the incorrect rate and the shady practice of having me sign one version that showed the cross-out with the correct rate written in, followed by another one that they were "actually putting in the system" without the crossouts. They said this was company policy and the system would not let them do otherwise, but I suspect this was actually an attempt for bait and switch and they may do this to other customers who do not challenge them to put something in writing showing the correct rate, leading to them getting screwed over later. Overall this storage unit is in a convenient location and average overall. I have unfortunately had various types of bait and switch experiences with other storage units so it seems to be industry-wide practice, so in reality this place is just average or slightly better than average due to the location, price, overall deal, etc. If you go with it, expect something like this to happen and be sure you get the correct rate in writing one way or another and make a note of who you spoke to at each step in the event they try to not honor the correct rate.Full Review

Booked on a Sunday, and was in and out in 5-10 minutes. The hrs are great for access. Due to traffic on Sunday I barley made it by 3pm and the staff was ready to go home but didn't make me feel as if I couldn't ask whatever questions I needed. I felt terrible for being there just before or right @ 3 but they got me in and out quickly easing my guilt of keeping them late on a Sunday. Thanks to them, I was able to move stuff that night till 10pm.Full Review

I rented a "five by five" storage space, but it actually measures just 3.5 x 5, a 30% reduction in the amount of space I thought I'd get. Next size up didn't have the $1 for first month offer, so I stuck with it, and it'll work out, but I'll have to pack pretty tightly in there to make it work. Otherwise, the facility is the nicest storage place I've encountered, and have used several in the past. I appreciate that it's all indoors, and air conditioned. I'm not storing stuff that's sensitive to heat, but I am, so it'll be great staying cool while putting stuff in/getting stuff out. The facility is new, so it's clean, and not all banged up. Yet.Full Review
Do not utilize this facility if you expect solid customer service. They raise the price on the units with no notice. The store manager refuses to respond to emails after several attempts over a 2 month period. I do not recommend this facility.Full Review
