Awesome service!

Awesome service! This is a really nice self storage company! Gary is really helpful and nice, he gave me very nice advice of packing and helped me a lot choose the best storage room to me. The space is dry and clean, and the facility is well-protected, I highly recommend public storage to anyone!

Told had access to unit 6am to 9pm 7...

Told had access to unit 6am to 9pm 7 days/wk, carts available to use at each elevator since my unit is on 2nd floor. Come to find out can only use cart during rental office hours so all week after work by 6pm I can't bring or get anything heavy since I don't have a cart to use. Then on weekends, have to return cart by 5pm so can't move anything rest of evening. Doesn't do much good to have access from 6am to 9pm. Actually only 2 carts available, Sat I had to wait for an hour because they were trying to locate cart. Had I known this was an issue, I would have chosen a different facility. Your staff at facility are all extremely nice & helpful at least.
