Nice staff

Nice staff, just I did not like that they force you to buy a specific lock... it could be just a deposit that could be refunded.

great

great, it was a little annoying that there were only two workers on the shift I was having my move-in day because there were a handful of guests who needed assistance at the same time, but the workers were friendly and handled it all wel,l and I didn't mind waiting

I really wish you would sweep the...

I really wish you would sweep the floors and pick up the dust in the hallways. Little dirty for a public company. Also, wish you would show some restrain in raising prices for long-term customers. Your price increases cause more space turnover and lost revenue.
