Online: Needed last -minute storage related to garage move-out. Reviewed online website that supports online reservation and booking unit 24x7. The next business day a staff called to finalize booking. Onsite: Admin office was clean, and staff was courteous with smiles on faces when greeting us. Staff helpful and reviewed storage availability including ones that aligned with storage needs, budget, etc. Storage locker - and overall premise - was clean and in excellent condition. Facility embraces use of technology to support security and privacy. Renter has ability to share controlled access permissions. Additional storage supplies available for purchase. * on-premise bathrooms were clean
