wow such a difference between the old manger and new one joanna! she helped me find exactly what i needed and in my budget. great customer service and awesome experience all over with her! highly recommend this storage over others in town i’ve used!

Super easy move in and leasing process. Rom, the store manager is friendly and very helpful, and even went above and beyond when I requested to move units due to a moisture concern. The building is definitely a bit on the older side, but can’t beat the location and pricing.

Staff is nice, units are fine, access is convenient, initial pricing is very good. But after you’ve been there a while they will jack up the rental rate. 4-5 stars for all that. My rent just doubled in one month, while at the same time the new customer web rate is less than my old rate; just a terrible way to treat customers. Negative stars for that.

Came in to look at units and compare pricing, I talked to the manager Joah and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the information I needed. He showed me a few units and I left feeling very informed and happy to have dealt with someone so kind.

Today my partner & I came in over some concerns in our unit as it was infested with spiders and was filled with lots of sand. The manager we spoke to Joah was kind enough to attend us about a prior issue we had with the last manager about incorrect pricing. Unfortunately, we were unable to get our pricing lowered as previously stated but Joah was very attentive to looking for different units for us and afterwards cleaned up the sand and cobwebs for us! Thank you for better customer service than we have experienced before :)
