I was anticipating a rough transition but my experience with the new management has been so smooth and problem free….. CONSISTENTLY! Professional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful... and the storage spaced worked out great. Everything was clean and it feels very safe and secure. Would definitely use them again (although we hope we don't need to), but for sure recommend to anyone looking for storage in the Santa Rosa greater area.

It was a convenient storage space and I loved that most everything could be managed through the app, even opening the gate. But when they raised the prices from what I signed on for at around 35$ to 74$ after 3 months, it just wasn’t worth it anymore. Not for the 5x5 unit I was using.
