I can’t recommend this place LESS than 1 star. All of my stuff got stolen from here, and the owner/manager treated it like a total joke. She started off by acting SHOCKED this happened, then later admitted she knew the entire unit had been robbed. She didn’t come clean until the police got there, offered no consolation - nothing. Total liars and I would never recommend anybody do business here. This facility has no cameras, no security measures - NOTHING. 0/10, I can’t stress enough how I would not use this place again if you paid me. Storage Oasis (Owner) 2 hours ago Good evening Jerry, we have no record of you as a customer or any theft incidents at all. The facility is monitored and recorded by security cameras. What is your unit # and date of the incident? You think I would come on Google to review you with my REAL NAME and post my UNIT NUMBER after being ROBBED? You had the chance to fix this, and you didn’t. The manger on the properly laughed in my face when I suggested at least a refund on the storage rent. If you want a record, go back through your police reports. You guys coming on here trying to discredit my experience by saying you have no records of this is just doubling down on bad business. Get a better PR person.

Julia is the on-site manager and she is very helpful. She explained the procedures and helped us fill out all the paperwork. Our storage unit was clean. Julia helped us with information on lock purchasing.The grounds are clean and well-kept. There is plenty of room to back into your storage garage and unload.The place seemed secure with a guard dog on site. The rates were very reasonable and I received my unit when promised. All the units are drive up.
