Jamacha Point Self Storage provides exceptionally clean and convenient self-storage in Spring Valley with units from a small size of 4'x5' (20 square feet) to our largest exterior unit 10'x40' (400 square feet). We have the greatest percentage of exterior self-storage units of any facility in Spring Valley, allowing drive up access and loading of your storage space.

We offer a FREE move-in truck, and it comes with a driver and gas included. All you need to do is load and unload your belongings from the truck. Jamacha Point Self Storage also provides a 1st Year Price Guarantee, which is unique in our industry and guarantees we will not raise your rates during the first year of your stay (our lease is month-to-month).

Nice secured facility at a decent price

The storage facility and grounds are beautifully kept and very secure. The price is pretty decent but what attracted me most was the free truck which I did not get it. The person helping me was focused on how many lines I had to fill out before closing time and forgot to set me up for my appointment for my free truck. Other than that the experience was great. They have multiple elevators to the building and flatbeds that you can borrow without charge.
