Weekend move ins

Weekend move ins are the worse. There weren’t enough carts to assist with the move ins which left many moving in without the assisting carts. This led to linger move ins into storage.

Very professional.

I do not remember the name of the parsing who helped me. She was absolutely kind and professional. I got to the facility close to closing and she made sure to help me check in with no problem. My anxiety level dropped because she was calm, kind and friendly. Great personality. Very much a people person.
