At first I really enjoyed my time renting a unit from this location. Edward was kind, communicative and professional. The facilities seemed very nice and I was able to achieve everything I needed in a storage space...but then all of my outdoor gear was damaged by rodents, supposedly I had coverage for this through the company but the representative does not respond. A question I asked multiple times upon sign up was whether or not my rate would increase or stay the same...I did not want a rate increase or a temporary promotional rate with hidden fees... they sent me a sneaky little notice that showed my rate was increasing by a lot! Even though Edward was very helpful and kind, some of the other staff are very rude and try to use scare tactics and threats to communicate supposed company policies that are not written on the lease agreement... I would not have to say that unfortunately this location has several things to improve upon. I also saw police there multiple times for break ins, which should not happen in a secure facility.
