An email would have been nice .. They sold my storage at auction.. they were nice enough to let me get a couple of things out.. but I have been in the hospital since January of 2025 and they knew that.. aside from the fact that there was an original Jackson Pollock, my moms and my grandmas ashes, several high value family heirlooms and some stuff from my deceased friend of which I will never recover, and me begging them to wait until I could get the funds to pay for the month… Of which I got and changed my payment on the web site and asked them to pay off my debt and pay for another few months while I recover and get out of the hospital, They sold my storage unit without sending me a single notice.. I have been homeless and living in the hospital and I could not get any mail.. An email would have been nice..

I've had the unit for 3 years now. It's a nice place. It clean and temperature controlled. I've had no issues. The price is right was the cheapest I found at the time. I feel my stuff is safe there.
