After ownership changed it has gone down hill. The office no longer is open, you have to pay your bill via internet or phone (If you choose phone you get charged more money.) If your lucky the bathrooms are open however need to be cleaned, the fence surrounding the building is falling apart, the back entrance/exit gate is open most of the time, the elevators stink and are getting marked up in, and it's hard to find the carts any longer. The worse part of it all is there has been a few break-ins in the storage units. Customer service is great and friendly answered any and all questions and concerns to their knowledge. However getting someone out there to do their job is out of question. And I'm unsure if any belongings are safe anymore. For being a newer facility it shouldn't be this bad. At least when they had people in the office is was well kept. UPDATE: After posting my experience someone from the company called and left me a message asking me to call back to discuss matters further. However I'm still waiting for someone to return any and all of my phone calls that I have made. I even expressed how I have a friend who is interested in renting from them however I will not refer them until I at least get a call back. After this month I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's not my job to be trying to get in contact with them. They don't care about their business nor their customers. I have posted some pictures of some of my complaints. The west side of the fence, one of the elevators, the men's bathroom (like usual the women's was locked) which has no outside door knob (someone clearly needed the bathroom), paper towel, or toilet paper, the exit fence n sliding doors that remain open. This is suppose to be a secure place 🤣. Sorry the pictures aren't the best.

Great Storage facility with great people! Exterior units are nice a large with nigh ceilings. Staff makes regular rounds around the complex. I drove off and left my unit open one day. They called me and let me know that they closed it!

OMG!! I love this place! In fact, I love this place so much that I forgot to close my unit after I moved out because subconsciously I didn’t want to lol I had a terrible experience at CubeSmart in Arvada which resulted in me losing my late mom’s last plants (they died in storage after being charged $150 in late fees. The greed is unbelievable). Advantage Self Storage is so superior to any storage company I’ve ever used before!!! I don’t care where I move, I’ll come back to use this company above all others! The units are spacious, the doors open as doors (on some units), it’s incredibly clean, and the view is absolutely gorgeous!! Security is also top-notch! They are the best around! I will always recommend them!!

It has been years since I’ve had to rent a storage unit. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff here at Arvada West Storage. Savannah and Brody were so accommodating from the moment I walked into their office. Arvada West Storage is a very clean, well kept facility. I wouldn’t hesitate to check this place out if you’re looking to rent a storage unit.

I’d give more stars if I could. I had no idea I could love a storage place so much. The place is well kept, I’m always able to get a cart, the staff is incredibly, and it’s not creepy there. I highly recommend Arvada West, thank you Brodie and Ted for being so great!
