I can't speak to the long term experience but had an incredible experience setting it up with Anne (or Ann.) she took so much weight and stress off my shoulders since I'm moving and incredibly stressed. She was very patient today when I couldn't find my unit and was flexible with me. I appreciate her help! The unit seemed clean and nice so far.

Not sure what, EXACTLY is going on with these reviews but my review of ‘Extra Space Storage” is so different I must conclude someone got their friends to post positive reviews. This is what happened to us. We rented a small unit for about $109 a month and 2 months later we get a notice by mail stating that the cost would double, DOUBLE. It seems the establishment waited until we got all our stuff moved in before making the announcement to bend us over. We spoke to this “Ann” person who said it was out of her hands. Pretty typical, right? The odd thing is that on their website the lower rate is still there. We’re vacating the unit but I think this game is common among storage rental facilities. We live in a society where price gouging happens everywhere. Go to any grocery store or clothing store, heck, go to a thrift store and price gouging happens everywhere but a storage unit? Pretty ridiculous so don’t get fooled by the positive reviews, they’re probably all a scam too especially when every single one of them has a 5 star rating! I would hate to think out of all the people who visit this place that I’m the only one getting ganked!

The site had good customer service and were very friendly while I was storing there. I left for issues regarding monthly charges. The manager said I should've talked with her for a resolution before scheduling the move, but I didn't think I had any recourse. Lesson learned.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Extra Space Storage, and this place was no different. More recently, I went to get some things from my unit and realized my keys to my unit had been taken when my car was broken into a few nights prior. It was a Saturday, and luckily the office was open. I explained the problem and the woman working helped me get into my unit and a new key. I unfortunately can't remember her name, but she was a great help and I couldn't have been more appreciative of her kindness and understanding. To comment on what another reviewer mentioned - I've never seen "homeless people" hanging around or inside the facility gates. I feel safe storing my things in this location, and I feel as though the price is reasonable, especially when compared with Public Storage, and others.

Anne is just wonderful, and this Extra Space Storage location is fantastic. Setup was a breeze, move-in was simple, and I feel safe with the location. If you're searching for a good storage place, do yourself a favor and just come here!
