Tried to book a unit online, but their website said to call them. I called them (no one answered) and their voicemail said to use website... nice paradox. I went in physically and no one was there. Just a sign that said they weren't there and to put rent in a drop box. Nothing about if a new customer were to try and show up and view a unit. I'm glad I went there physically though because it looks like several people live out of the storage units there. I wish them nothing but the best, but I'll try somewhere else.
