I had my storage for over a year, they have been amazing to me. I haven’t had a problem, even when I accidentally took my auto pay off, they called and made sure everything was okay! Jojo is amazing and is the sweetest person ever! Will be back if I need to store my items again!

I absolutely love Jojo and Cathy in the office. Those women are AMAZING! I have never met such nice people. In today’s world Thats hard to come by and they were so sweet, super informative, and overall the best help ever. Any and all questions I had was answered immediately. They showed me the ropes to everything I needed to do and made sure I was all set. Great communication with both me and my husband. I would literally buy a storage unit just because of them. I appreciate all their work theyve done for me over the past few days and being understanding and helpful in the best ways that they could. Thank you for having good employees!

Don't even bother with this place. I've been a loyal PAYING resident for 4 years and only when Public Storage took them over is when everything went to trash. I live out of state and only here for a limited time to clean some things out. When they replaced the digital locks with physical ones I couldn't get in. I'm completely locked out. I have a gate code that doesn't work, my door does not open and when I called customer support they said that they only have "appointments" for the following day. I'm well within the timeframe a property manager should be on site to help with issues like this and haven't seen one all day. Very frustrated since I have a small window to get this fixed before I take off again. I will be moving out completely. Not to mention when I first moved in it was only $35 for a 5X5. I am now paying $61 with no access and poor customer service and a property manager who doesn't show up to work. DO NOT TRUST THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Edit: This was originally a 1 star review for the reasons above. Mind you, they did fix the issue but only AFTER I posted the bad review. Therefore I changed my rating to 3 stars instead. Jojo (the property manager on site the day after) was very apologetic and very helpful I don't blame her. She is the very reason I am changing my rating because I do believe she cares for people. However, I do blame customer service. I called 5 times and twice they hung up on me. The regional supervisor did come down himself to fix the problem rather than having me wait any longer for maintenance who was 3 hours away and I really appreciated that as well. My problem is why all these solutions happened the day after I needed in my unit. Rest assured I am all moved out now and don't have to deal with this anymore. Don't think I will ever use Public Storage again because my trust in them is now ruined but I do think that this particular location learned from this experience.

Tim was of great help! He made it so easy to access and to transfer when we couldn’t use the original one on the app. Thank you Tim. Would highly recommend speaking to Tim before you do it yourself.

So clean and safe! JoJo was great. Took me to my storage unit after signing up online to check it all out. She is super friendly and helpful along with her colleague, Tim at the other location! I am happy to do business with them.
