The facility was just ok. There was no light inside my unit, so it was dark. I didn’t realize this until I was moving in. I wish the customer service was better. They’re great when you’re signing a lease, but that’s where it ends. They also favor new customers, but don’t want to give deals to existing customers. I left because when I called to ask about it, they had an attitude that felt like, “we don’t really care if you leave.” They didn’t even try a little bit to sound like they valued having me there, and made no attempt whatsoever to try and retain me as a customer. They would rather keep rotating people in and out and rent my space for less to a new customer rather than offering me, as an existing customer, a small incentive for staying. Blows my mind! The facility I went to is much nicer, less expensive and they are more friendly! And there is light inside my space!! I got a bigger unit for less money (even after the intro period is over). Go with Cubesmart. You’ll be happy you did!

This place is amazing. They have incredible customer service Very clean facility with great security and access.. There’s a young lady that works at the front desk. Her name is Maddie. She’s super helpful answered all my questions and even offered me a cold glass of water after moving a bunch of items into a storage unit,. I would recommend this facility in storage place to anyone in need and the boss should give Matt a raise. And some time off

Ivan was super helpful! I have NEVER experienced a facility so clean and welcoming! The staff was super friendly and patient and they answered all my questions. I got to tour a few units to get an idea of what I was looking for! I am comfortable and happy I chose Extra Space storage. It was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to friends and family 🧡

The cost of my unit increased by 70 dollars partway through my lease which was not clearly communicated. Access is cut off at 10 PM despite access being entirely automated. Staff was rarely ever present when I was there. The units are very secure, and the property/units are well maintained and clean. Overall not a terrible place to store things, but also far from the best.
