After talking to rep the last two weeks on Sunday, I scheduled a move and purchased a storage unit beginning this Sunday. Arrived with my mover and stuff fully loaded up on my move day to find the door chained shut and no staff. Office closed until further notice! Huge expense to me , planned a move around information provided on google on website which turns out to be invalid. No solutions were provided.

Kelsey and the Carbondale StorQuest Self Storage is the best self storage facility I have ever used, and I have used several other companies in the past in other cities in Colorado. Kelsey is very friendly and helpful. The site is spotless and the access is so modern and easy! The best part is that the is no need for a padlock. The app makes access smooth and simple.
