I had an amazing experience working with Maggie Kim at the storage facility. She went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time and made the entire process smooth and easy. It was super easy to get things set up online and get the digital access. It's required to get insurance so not as cheap as it originally appears but my 5x5 was clean and access is easy. Also I like these places where someone is on site most of the time so I can ask a human a question when needed. I may amend/add on once my promo price ends, but for what I'm getting I've been happy so far.

Maggie is a great asset to this facility! She is helpful courteous and very knowledgeable! I get a rate increase every year that is unreasonable and she has gone to bat for me so my treasures can remain safe at a price point that accommodates my income on social security! Thank you so much

Quick and easy set up. Service was super helpful and they have a dolly and dumpster on site. Pricing is reasonable. Different size units (studio apartment - house/car/ boat) which is great depending on what you're moving

Clean units, easy access, equipment always works. It’s a great unit especially for the price. But the thing that makes it standout is the customer service. Maggie is awesome. She goes above and beyond every time I do something dumb like forget my code. No matter how many times I bug her she has never fails to answer my questions or help any way she can. A storage unit is a storage unit. Extra Space is great because of the customer service
