I’ve used Extra Space storage at Ore Mill Road for almost four years now and have always had a good experience with them. They have called me before when I forgot to close the lock to make sure that I had been there recently and that nobody else had tampered with it and they’ve always been responsive when I’ve had to call or visit them and had any questions. Just yesterday the lady that was working (I didn’t catch her name) drove me around to look at smaller units so I could get an idea what size unit I needed to downgrade to. She was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this location and company for any storage needs I have.
