UPDATE: increased my fee almost double in only 4 months! BS Had to update app to pay…well the update did not fix the issue noted last month as I keep getting the same result that no unit associated with account. Grow up, hire some adults and take care of those who get you paid! At least the sliding doors now require a PIN input. In February anyone could walk in at this location since the gate is always wide open during the day. I also want to know why the lock I purchased at Lowe’s has had an ExtraSpace sticker placed on it…you will not be paid for what I purchased elsewhere. App doesn’t work properly so I went to the website to pay and set up automatic payments…it doesn’t work, doesn’t even show my information, unit, nothing. I signed into the app less than a month ago to get a gate code because the one provided by the employee did not work so one would conclude that the app knows my unit. But NO. Now I will have to pay the price for being a day late since I have to go to the facility to take care of what I should be able to remotely. I’m sure my rent will increase based on what I’ve seen here. Spare me your apologies, just do better, do your job. Fix your system.
