They have extra amenities, like bathrooms on-site, dollies/carts to help with carrying your things, clear instructions, and the temperature regulation is wonderful. The app works well and makes the experience more streamlined and the storage unit easier to access. Customer service was top notch as well! Highly recommend!

The employees were extremely helpful and kind, however, the district manager was there as well and seemed harsh and rude to her workers while showing a nice face to the customers. She appeared to be dismissive of their concerns and well-being, and the environment seemed hostile because of her. Thank you to the employees as their hard work is very much appreciated.
