Oh my gosh I love this place! I have true peace of mind with my most valuable assets here in this storage unit. Not only do I feel confident that my valuables are protected and safe, but I also had the most wonderful experience with the Manager Tracy. She was informative, kind, and extremely helpful. To the point where she answered all of my questions and left me feeling like I had total and complete control over my unit and assets. Absolutely wonderful management and leadership! 👏

After trying 2 other storage facilities with no personnel available to answer questions I finally was lucky enough to meet Gidget at Public Storage. She was very knowledgeable and sweet while helping me navigate through the different options and sizes of units available. I left feeling very well taken care of as a customer. Gidget is a fantastic worker who helped me when I geot injured. The only issue I have and the reason why I made it 4 star is because at the right side of the building garage. The step is extremely slippery, and even with non slip work boots on.I fell and almost hurt myself lifting a couch. The metal leg almost dug into my leg. And it's not my fault, because I slipped other times with other items.As well, and so did the people with me.

I’ve had my items at this location for about a year and half and the facilities were always spotless and the staff was always kind and very helpful. I just moved out and Gidget was extremely helpful with the move out process! If you’re looking to store your items in a clean and secure place this is it.

Gidget is amazing! I’ve had this unit for over 2 years since divorce and other drama. I currently could not keep up with rent but she made it work so I didn’t lose my stuff. She kept my loyalty by not charging more and helping me understand any fees so that I could make an informed decision.
