I was impressed. A very clean; new property. I felt safe. The main reason, however, I am giving 5 stars is because of your employee, Gidget. She was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable regarding the move in process and answered all my questions and concerns. But what Gidget did for me later on that morning blew me away. Let me explain. I came to the storage facility with my own lock and key and after the initial encounter with Gidget I went to my storage space on locked my unit. However, on the way out I lost my key. I looked and backtracked trying for 30 minutes to find my key I dropped. After 30 minutes, I gave up looking for lost key and asked Gidget if I could buy a new lock. She immediately responded, “let me go out with you and help you find your key.” She was out there with me for over fifteen minutes with a metal detector determined to find it. We didn’t find it but her attitude and actions and compassion made my day. (I did go back an hour later with a friend to look for the key again and he found it!) I am so grateful that Gidget works where I have my possessions!

I moved in on a Sunday, even though I had some doubts, but thankfully Lynn was there to help when my gate code couldn’t be found. She was an absolute lifesaver and made the process so much easier. Later, when I discovered a loose wall panel in my unit, she immediately switched me to another unit at no extra cost, without hesitation. Lynn is truly a standout employee, and her higher-ups should know what an asset she is!
