They have been great for the two years we have used them. Only negative is I would say they are military friendly to an extent. It’s wonderful they offer the military discount but if you are PCSing at the beginning or middle of a billing cycle forget getting prorated for that month. This was shocking to hear even having your military orders made zero difference, never heard of a business doing this. My husband talked to them over a month ago and no one explained that. Had to pay for a month of the unit we only needed for a week for the next billing cycle. They claim the system will not allow pro rates adjustments. Just a heads up. Otherwise it’s a clean, staff is wonderful and friendly, great facility!

Steven CNice and clean facility, good staff, but unfortunately every time I turn around there’s a price increase. There was one in June, then an increase on insurance (doesn’t quite count) but then another increase this January. From 95 to 120 to 125. Just a heads up to know that although a great facility, pricing is jumpy.
