I wholeheartedly can not thank Bricia enough for being more than accommodating to my storage needs. I come to a Colorado Springs about every month with not one, but two trailers in tow of inventory that I need stored safely. The well-being of not only my items but trailers is always my top priority, and I expressed that fact clearly upon renting. Bricia walked me out to the lot to show me not one but two separate spaces that were directly in front of security cameras and flood lights. This woman has alerts and surveillance of the entire yard on her PERSONAL phone. Your stuff is as safe as it's going to get here. I left town a few months back after emptying my unit and taking the padlock with me. There is no use in locking an empty unit. Brisha called me within a week to tell me that my lock was missing and to check if everything was alright. That is attention to detail. This is a woman who cares about her job and is doing right by everyone. They patrol the grounds regularly. They have live video footage of everything, everywhere, at all times, and they have a real team that isn't afraid to speak up to keep things in order. Utmost respect to her and anyone under her.

Overall no complaints. I started storing my stuff here over 4 years ago due to a job change and I’m glad I chose this place over all of the others in the Springs. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive, especially Bricia. Highly recommend this SmartSpace branch.

Bricia is awesome! She runs a smooth operation and was on everything I needed. I felt safe leaving our trailer and sure enough, 6 months later it was still perfect. I highly recommend SmartSpace for Bricia alone!

Bricia is awesome! Very Friendly and down to earth! Willing to work with you and went above and beyond. Very understandable. Best Manager that i ever met before. She kept the Store clean and very nice. She remember my name very well Logan, which is always a plus for me. Definitely recommend everyone here and the storage price are excellent. Glad I found Bricia and the facility. Because of Bricia, I choose Smart Space vs others competitors. You wont be disappoint.

We had a storage unit here for about two years and it was great! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Bricia was great when it came time for us to cancel our unit. If we ever need one again, I will be back in a heartbeat!
