I can't say enough of this storage facility, management (BRICIA) is wonderful and very helpful with the hassle free move in, answered all my questions about the property and the process AND I WAS NOT RUSHED. My previous storage rental had a lot of thefts Mini U Storage, and staff was very short , but I was super impressed when I walked in the office they had a big screen with the cameras on the property showing what looks like "fort knocks", the day I moved in the property is completely surrounded with security cameras and very well maintained. After the first month I ended up renting 4 more units outdoors and 1 inside. I would highly recommend this place if you want to keep your stuff safe and secure and not treated as a number but an actual human-being. Super highly recommend again.

I want to say that the lady named Bricia has been nothing but helpful and pleasant every single time I see her. She is always cleaning up the spaces and chatting with folks in such a kind way I just thought I should let someone know what a wonderful person they have on staff!

I rent storage units in multiple cities to store equipment and supplies for events where my business does not have a warehouse and have done so 12+ years. This is hands down the most helpful and friendly storage business I have worked with. Bricia worked with us on multiple deliveries to our unit even offering to count boxes to make sure all items arrived. I would recommend Smart Space to anyone looking for storage space in the Colorado Springs area.

Thank you Bricia! She was very kind and responsive. I kept my trailer there for a couple of years, moving it in and out for a few days here and there. I live out of town so I felt it was in a safe and secure place. The customer service was fantastic!!
