They started me out with fair pricing in the fall and then hit me with a 30% price hike in January and upped it AGAIN for April. Clearly they are struggling financially if they're having to utilize these tactics. I don't recommend getting a unit here as they seem pretty unstable. I have another unit in Westminster and they do a price hike once a year and it's $10/$15 dollars, not 30%. So I know that when Coronado tries to tell me that it's a fair market price hike, it's an excuse. Unfortunately I'm trapped here until I find time to relocate my things since I work two jobs.

Have a storage at Public storage and I'm paying $129 for a 5 by 10 I need more space so I went over to Coronado Park self storage ain't got a 10 by 20 for 1:09 a month. I highly recommend checking their price before you go anywhere else

I don't recommend it for anything in the world, they broke into our storage and they only tell you that they are not responsible for you to settle with the insurance company, which is of no use, they want to give you the minimum for everything they stole from me, apart from the fact that It was their fault because apart from the fact that they don't have cameras, the continuous storage was never closed with padlocks, which according to them had already been unoccupied for months, so they got in from that storage, easily opening the sheets to take out all my work tools, so that's it. I don't recommend it at all.

This is such a personable and trustworthy storage facility! I felt genuinely safe leaving my belongings here, especially since my original plan was to store keepsakes while moving out of state. The process to get set up was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. I’m truly thankful for how kind and understanding they were—great people all around! 10/10 Recommend!
